LA VIE BOHEME

I want to share my written works with people who will give both praise and constructive criticism. I'm also going to be updating my friends and family, in short, everyone I love, on what my life is like abroad. Once I leave that is.

Good

Its so good to reconcile with friends. It almost makes fighting worth it. Almost. Not really. I'm just glad he apologized. I really didn't expect him to. So it was a great suprise. Now I'm listening to one of his songs and we're bouncing e-mails back and forth just like we used to.

Life is good. :)

And thanks for the friendly concern after the last post. I was just bummed out. No worries. But I totally think that ice cream and R&J should happen at some point!

Hey Sis,

You've handled that whole painful situation w/ grace and "dignitosity- at- all- times."

Now that I know you've continued to post I have gone back and read the ones I missed. My fave was the 'Chuck' incident and Amanda's response to it! She's a hoot. And a good friend. Hi Numb!!!

What an experience you had 1/2 way around the world. I'm proud of you. I used to think you were a gutsy chick. Now I know that world travel and trying new stuff is just a HUGE part of who you've become (thanks A&P). Seeing human life enter the world, New Zealand, Thailand, Cambodia, Viet Nam, skiing in Banff (and the list is incomplete) and you're still 16! I find you to be incredible.......96% of the time :)

And you are a fabby cook, too w/ tacos (of a wide variety...yum) being one of your specialties....bested only by the original famous-for-amazing-tacos.... Peter! Those Nutella cookies were your most incredible creation. You could probably patent that recipe (does one 'patent' a recipe? Oh well...whatever it is one would do under the extraordinary circumstances of invention?!) and pay your way thru college, grad sch and post-grad studies. I sure know I'd be appreciative!!!

Anyhow, I'll end w/ this: I agree completely w/ Cousin Janice. Their loss is our gain. It is wonderful having you home. My family feels complete once again. But I know it is difficult for you on some levels. You are mature, in some ways, beyond your years. You have a zest for travel and for SEEING and LIVING in a full and ever-changing way that brings w/ it constancy in learning and exposure to new and different kinds of people. This is who you are. I will always support you (I mean that emotionally NOT financially. You're going to market those Nutella cookies, remember?!

I adore you!!!!! Tam biet
