Artemis

Are you ready?? This is SHE!!! My beloved Artemis! Juliet and I decided to name all of our instruments after Greek heroes and gods. So my lovely white Fender Strat is named Hera, her acoustic is Selena, and her electric is Neoptolemous. God I hope I spelled that right. Haha, oh well. I'm going to miss Artemis greatly when I leave, as I can't bring her or Hera with me. :( Oh well, win some lose some.

Leaving...

Well, it's finally final. I'm leaving for Vietnam on December 30. It's so weird to think that I'm not going to be home for 6 months...I'm going to miss so many people. It's really just started to hit home that I'm going to miss all the inside jokes, all the parties...everything...

I'm not so much worried about my friends like Spider Fingers, Juliet, and Wonder Woman...our friendship has gotten used to the internet, and not seeing each other every day. My school friends though, I'm worried I'll fade out. You know, just slip away from their thoughts and when I get back..will I fit in again? Or will I have to carve a new space for myself?

Ok, so I tried to post the promised picture of Artemis, my guitar baby. However, her photo is on my computer, but I can't seem to figure out how to get it on the blog. Any suggestions? For now, this is a Shakespeare camp picture yo. This was when we had our reunion and totally crashed the Session 2 shows. Haha, to all Session 2-ers, sorry guys. Haha

Nicknames

Ok, so just to clarify, yes I did steal the nicknames thing from Spider Fingers, but I don't think he minds. If he does, TOO BAD. Anyway, I think it's a great idea to protect the identities of my friends. So, at present time, I have very few nicknames, but I thought they would amuse you. So here goes. We have Wonder Woman, obviously Spider Fingers, and are you ready for this? MONGOOSE hahahahahahaha. Oh yes, Mongoose. Like mouse. hahahhahhahaha. Ok, no one gets it but me. What else is new? Oh, I forgot Flemdawg. hahaha. So, if you have a nickname request (that's more subtle than Rebublicanliz, yes, the misspelling is on purpose) comment, I'll see what I can do!

Block

The reason there have not been more posts is that I am in the middle of a writing block. Kelly and Alex are stuck, and I'm not sure how to unstick them. For anyone who cares, I'm working on it.
